  • Top - Trim all excess seams, loose threads and all seams pressed flat.
  • Batting and lining need to be 6" longer and wider than the top, i.e. an 55 x 70 top requires batting & lining of 61 x 75 (for twin size and smaller) and 8" longer and wider for larger quilt tops.
  • Lining should be sewn together with selvages removed. (Except the outside edges may be left on) I charge $10 per seam to do this.
  • Top, batting and lining must be separate - do not baste together.
  • Quilt backing must be pressed and squared before shipping.
  • I cannot guarantee to quilt out wrinkles in the pieced top or flares in the borders.
  • When shipping your quilt (& backing/batting) wrap in plastic to protect from water damage while in transit.
  • Quilting is done in a smoke free/pet free environment.
  • A deposit of 50% of the estimated cost must accompany your order. Balance is due before quilt will be shipped.
  • Other services available upon request (hanging sleeves, quilt labels, repairs, etc)
  • Commissioned & custom quilts can be made to order.
